This personal 1:1 InnerDance session weaves energy work with soundscapes that invite all that wants to move through you, to an 'inner dance'.
Moving through layered frequencies that work on psychoacoustic principles, no two sessions are the same. As your 'dance partner', I'll be the keeper of the sacred space within the session, witnessing, allowing and encouraging energetic movement that supports you surrendering the soul, body and mind back to wholeness.

This signature treatment combines Ayurvedic Tibetan Head Therapy, Intuitive Energy Healing, and Meditation to provide the ultimate relaxing experience.

What to expect:
To complete an initial consultation form, which helps me to determine how to provide the best experience for you.
You remain clothed in a lying position, with shoes removed to ensure you are comfortable. If you would like to, you can expose your shoulders.
Gentle music plays, and you will be guided to close your eyes, relax and receive the healing.
I will use sound, the elements, seichem, ayurvedic techniques, and Neals Yard Facial Oil (if desired) to complete the treatment.
As the treatment ends, you are gently guided back to a consciously aware state, given a glass of water, and aftercare advice.

What an amazing unbind session I had with Karen today . It was just what I needed to let go of certain things. Karen is so calming and thoughtful. Her space is just so inviting and zen like . Would highly recommend a treatment with Karen . Big thank you I will be back xx

I came across family constellations, in person and saw first hand the dynamics of this and the family setup, on a retreat with Kaz. As an observer it was very interesting. Intrigued then on line through watching and observing again and participating in was a real eye opener watching others and the role they played. It was intruging and fascinating watching Kaz as a participating representive, along with myself. I undertimated the power of this alone. Then after been involved in watching Kaz deliver a constellation recently and again been a representive of the client it was powerful and fab. So I decided I felt safe that it would be ok to go through the process myself and I trusted Kaz and I knew the right people would be at my constellations and I wasn't wrong. That said been a bit nervous and after a while of stale mate, within myself and resistance played out with the constellation and within the dynamics of the representives a shift was needed. So after this It began to move on with Kaz guidance and prompts to others. I would definitely represent again. I definitely also think it worked on myself on a deep level coming to conclusions on old patterns and making way for new beginnings and choices in my family dynamics and also how I no longer carry the burden of trying fix everything and everyone. While I still will help others to a level, I feel know I am starting to put myself first alot more and that's not selfish it's ok, and it's not affecting others from that. It can also be a good thing down the line, for others and future generations as you break patterns in the family dynamics. While I am still working things out, my life and views have become less muddled and getting a clearer view of what I need. So if your sitting on the fence have a word with Kaz it definitely works always with love and light only. Thanks again, Kaz. Lizzyd

Enjoying Karen’s Tapping, Tarot and Tea Tuesday morning. Where we have a tea, chat and a laugh. Then we choose a card and listen to what Karen’s intuition tells us about our chosen card. More tea then we do the EFT Tapping together which for me really does help with anything you need to release. Karen is great at what she teaches and always has time to listen. I always leave feeling lighter and ready to face the rest of the day. Karen does a lot more treatments, therapies etc and I can definitely recommend her.

I’ve visited Kaz on numerous occasions, had some pretty profound revelations, amazing relaxation, out there experiences and all round positive healing and vibes. I can highly recommend booking a session, especially just allowing Kaz to do “her thing” rather than choosing yourself, she’s so intuitive that she will “feel” what you need.
